Upon arrival, members were welcomed with an inviting canapé of creamy guacamole topped with fresh pico de gallo, setting the tone for an evening of exquisite indulgence. Sharing starters featured traditional croquettes of the day alongside a bold and flavourful langoustine pil pil, prepared with garlic and chilli – a vibrant opening act for the feast to come.
For the main course, members were presented with a choice between a rich seafood linguine – brimming with monkfish, squid, prawns, and clams; or Oak’s signature 300g sirloin steak, expertly cooked to each member’s preference and accompanied by pomme frites and grilled Mediterranean vegetables.
To conclude the evening, a selection of decadent desserts provided the perfect sweet finale.
Enhancing the experience, Francisco “Curro”, Oak’s esteemed in-house sommelier, personally engaged with members throughout the evening, offering insights into each wine selection and guiding them through a bespoke tasting journey. His expert recommendations, tailored to individual preferences, ensured every dish was flawlessly paired, elevating every moment.
