OAK Firehouse & Cocktail is delighted to unveil a brand-new dining experience for discerning food and wine lovers. “Indulge in the Art of Wine & Dine” is a specially curated four-course wine pairing experience, designed to take guests on a memorable culinary journey, blending exquisite flavours with expertly selected wines, all within the sophisticated and rustic setting of one of Marbella’s most beloved dining spots.
On arrival, guests will be welcomed with a canapé of creamy guacamole served with fresh pico de gallo, setting the tone for an evening of indulgence. The experience continues with sharing starters of traditional croquettes of the day alongside langoustine pil pil, prepared with garlic and chilli for a bold and flavourful start. For the main course, diners can choose between a rich seafood linguini featuring monkfish, squid, prawns and clams, or the signature OAK Special 300g sirloin steak, cooked to their preference and served with pomme frites and grilled Mediterranean vegetables. To conclude the evening, a selection of decadent desserts will be served.
Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a hand-picked wine selection, tailored to the guests’ preferences. On the night, their in-house sommelier, Francisco “Curro”, will be on hand to guide diners through the experience, ensuring the perfect wine pairing for every dish.
The Wine Pairing Experience is priced at 80€ per person and is available by pre-booking only, for groups of a minimum of eight and a maximum of sixteen guests. A deposit of 20€ per person is required to confirm the reservation. The experience is available every evening except Thursdays, with bookings recommended from 7.30pm to allow guests to fully immerse themselves in this three-hour dining occasion.
